Outside of these hours, for emergencies only, please contact Chris Thompson on 07738 760396.
We would consider the following issues as emergencies: no heating or hot water (where there is a vulnerable child or adult in the property), flooding or a leak that cannot be contained, a major security issue, or no electric (providing there are no issues with Northern Power outages in your area).
This list is not exhaustive, but issues reported to the emergency number will be dealt with if they cannot reasonably wait until the next working day.
